The brief was to modernise the property, improve the flow of the internal layout and create additional living space for the growing needs of the homeowners. To achieve this, we designed and constructed a 20 square-metre single-storey extension, creating an open plan space for aesthetics and functionality.

Internally, the property underwent a full refurbishment, with significant structural alterations including the removal of a chimney breast to create a more open and spacious feel. Bespoke carpentry was incorporated throughout the home, providing tailored storage solutions and high-quality finishing details that maximise both practicality and aesthetics.Alongside the internal transformation, we also upgraded all windows and doors to double glazing. The entire property was refreshed with a contemporary finish, bringing a cohesive and modern feel throughout.Externally, we completed a new driveway and patio installation, enhancing both kerb appeal and usable space.
