Our investment projects are designed to keep equity working and follow a repeatable roadmap. On suitable deals we regularly see around 15-20% of investor cash left in after refinance and rental performance is protected throughout. The average equity left in is usually around 35%.
The service is fully managed from first viewing to tenant move‑in (through our sister company). We source and appraise the property, arrange the finance, manage the build on site and coordinate the refinance with the lender. Upon completion of the build we place tenants and handle day‑to‑day management so the asset performs without constant input.
