Conversion

We acquired a vacant office building in the heart of Westerham—an affluent commuter town where demand for high-quality housing consistently outstrips supply. After securing change-of-use consent, our team stripped the structure back to its core and re-planned the floorplates to accommodate fourteen generous one- and two-bed apartments. The existing ceiling heights and wide window bays translated naturally into bright, open-plan living spaces.

Every unit was finished to a true luxury specification. Integrated handle-less kitchens, stone worktops and engineered oak flooring deliver long-term durability without compromising elegance, while porcelain-tiled bathrooms feature thermostatic showers and concealed storage. To future-proof running costs, we replaced legacy services with high-efficiency heating, ventilation and LED lighting, and retro-fitted double-glazed aluminium windows that exceed current energy-performance targets.
